It’s a well known fact that both exercise and healthy eating habits are important for successful weight management. We often think that skipping meals and dieting will help to promote weight loss. But a recent study showed that this strategy actually accelerates to getting overweight or obese, rather than promoting weight loss.
Regular eating habits and avoiding dieting are more essential for successful weight management. More than 4900 young (mean age 24) men and women participated in a study conducted at the University of Helsinki. 3.5 % of women and 96.2% of men gained weight during the study.
